Kristin Cobble has over 20 years experience partnering with C-level leaders to strengthen their capacity to create high performing leadership teams and organizations. As a designer of strategic change, she integrates strategy, leadership and organizational development to help leaders, leadership teams, organizations and multi-stakeholder groups realize their potential. Kristin believes the challenges we face as a species require new ways of thinking, talking and working together - across disciplines, across values and across both visible and invisible walls. As a result, she co-founded Groupaya, in September 2011 to help leaders and groups work together more skillfully to create their future. Kristin is a Wellesley graduate, studied at the London School of Economics, and is certified as a New Ventures West Coach. She also teaches the New Ventures West year-long coaching certification, the "Professional Coaching Course."
