**My Story:****I started on this weight loss journey in August 2013.*149 pounds are gone for good. They aren't coming back.*I have figured out my emotional eating causes. And that has helped me focus on a life I wanted VS a life of hiding from everyone and blending into the scenery.*I have become accountable to myself for the 1st time in my life.*The turning point for me was late this spring when I joined a Facebook support group for weight loss and that group made the difference in me completely turning my life around. The support group has helped me set my life in focus to love me for the first time and want to be a better me.*I now believe every day is about gratitude and love. I no longer fear the darkness. My family is healthy. My life has been back to me beyond His full measure. Every day I am experiencing life to the fullest.
