Having the opportunity to serve in these varied but closely related roles is the result of saying “yes” to projects that interest me and people who inspire me.My track record includes developing and executing marketing and communications strategies, owning product features through the entire life-cycle, producing multimedia content for product and marketing purposes, and directing special programs and events to leverage sales and marketing opportunities.As a manager, I’ve successfully led teams of different sizes and structures. I managed an in-office department of 80 people including project managers, producers, copywriters, QA managers, and designers, and led smaller teams comprising in-office, remote, and hybrid staffers plus a bevy of independent contractors. Regardless of how many people I’m managing or where they sit, my genuine enjoyment for building a team comes through.Through it all, I’ve worked on cross-functional teams, reported directly to leadership, and owned relationships with high-value partners. Each of these positions has made me better at the next one, and given me a unique perspective on how the pieces all fit together to build a successful business. I am a strategic-thinker who knows how to make sure the right things get done.I’m interested in bringing my experience to an organization that’s making a difference in people’s lives.
