Currently, I am working as a Customer Success Manager at the Software Start-Up Filestage. Our company offers an intelligent solution for various businesses, a major part of them working in the advertising field. Filestage developed a review and approval platform that helps to share, discuss, and approve all types of files in one place. The core focus of my position is to support our clients in operating the platform and implementing it into their processes. My goal is to ensure our clients optimize their workflow to the fullest potential from using our product. In addition, I provide important insights back to our product development, operations, and support team in order to enhance the process of constantly improving our product and services toward our customer's needs. The most important set of skills to go through my everyday work is quick reactions, clear and friendly communication, and a reliable, well-structured work approach.

Before that, I worked in the film production field and count 4 years of experience in my previous position at Froehlich Film Management. As an Agent, I independently represented a stack of creative talents - mainly directors and directors of photography - for whom I coordinated the organizational part behind the creative process. My core activity included project management, condition negotiation and solving timing conflicts for job requests that came in from all over the world for the talents I represented. As the connecting piece and communication tool between film production houses and directors, I further consulted both sides in their processes.
