From there, I moved into my current role to influence the strategic direction of the broader organization. CORE OBJECTIVES: In this role, I act as a thought partner to senior leaders in the development of 3-year strategic plans and high priority initiatives to carry out the organization’s mission and vision. My team also serves as a central support function that provides consultative services to business areas in designing and facilitating strategic planning sessions. RESPONSIBILITIES: I lead a team of senior strategy analysts in facilitating the enterprise strategic planning process including defining, monitoring, and executing strategies. This requires ongoing communication and partnership with senior business leaders across the organization, governance groups, and our Board of Directors. KEY PROJECTS & ACHIEVEMENTS: ● Recently selected to serve on the organization’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and leading project to develop equity frameworks. ● Implemented quarterly progress report and dashboards by consolidating performance data from multiple business areas to provide a valuable enterprise view of project execution risks and challenges enabling organizational decision making.● Built out a central strategic planning office and sustainable enterprise planning process by creating a Strategy playbook and roadmap; aligning with business leaders across the organization; developing a team of strategists; and gaining buy-in from senior leadership.
