• Lead strategy development of national campaigns for three bi-annual, industry-specific events- Market event through the production of weekly text/HTML email campaigns via customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media platforms- Report results of campaigns and the development of attendee database to executive leadership• Cultivate relationships with key delegates and industry leaders by phone and email• Manage event schedule on-site that involves collaboration with hotel staff, catering services, shipping services, equipment vendors, corporate sponsors, and delegate attendees• Arrange hotel and travel logistics for 400+ executive-level attendees for each event• Act as each event’s Steering Committee liaison, organizing input for educational program content and materials for committee member presentations• Present webinars that illustrate opportunities to enhance audience development, such as retargeting• Collaborate with corporate sponsors to actualize initiatives that incentivize vendors to spread marketing materials to interested parties through authorship of copy as well as tracking performance• Assist in the design and production of promotional products such as brochures, websites, and logos that are tailored to a targeted audience
