The World is full of exciting possibilities and I have absolutely loved building a career where 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, and 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 intersect.I have found my niche in Project and Program Management. Why? It offers a fantastic opportunity to apply skills and competencies that have become my second nature: a keen eye for enhancing efficiency, passion and energy for working across many different functions and geographies, and finally, hunger to make a difference and do work that is of real value. This involved complex regulatory work but also resulted in team performance improvements and cost efficiencies achieved within just a few months.𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: I'm passionate about continuous improvement through technology. My experience includes driving agile global product launches and tool improvements. This initiative involved tool validation, process development, response guidelines, and the implementation of specific performance metrics. Within one year, we successfully built a 30-member team overseeing multiple social channels across various time zones, serving a global customer audience.My edge and superpower is remaining calm even under the most stressful circumstances. I have an innate ability to zoom out and stay grounded to rationally assess the problem in front of me. I then shift to “action mode” and set myself up for success. This approach benefitted me and teams around me throughout my entire career.
