Working in conjunction with members from various teams to execute experimental design and achieve data sets needed for project demands•Daily SAR assays – working with the chemists to determine the priority of molecules of interest, running cell based assays on a daily basis •Tissue Culture: sterile TC practice, keeping multiple cell lines/cell types in culture for daily SAR projects and cell based needs; transient transfections; recombinant stable cell line development including dilution cloning; cloning validation and follow-on (Flow Cytometry, IFA); membrane preps•Spearheading novel experimental theories, weekly presentations of data and analysis with supervisor(s); Assay development with validation, optimization, and miniaturization across multiple platforms: HTRF, Luminescence, DMR•Utilizing an internal database and technologies for data analysis, compound logistics, synced automation•Experience operating, maintaining and troubleshooting the following instruments: Precision 2000, Ministore, PlateTrak, MiniTrak, Hamilton Liquid Handlers, Top Count, FLIPR, Envision, PheraStar, Epic

• Integral team member on the High Throughput Screening (HTS) team; running high volume cell-based and biochemical screens against libraries of potential therapeutic chemical compounds• Running weekly radioligand competitive binding assay – hERG; running weekly SAR assay•Experience operating, maintaining and troubleshooting the following instruments: BioCel, BenchCel, Bravo, VPrep, Janus, EP3, AutoMap, Ministore, PlateTrak, Top Count, FLIPR, ViewLux, Envision•Experience with the following software: 3DX, VWorks

• Performed and reviewed initial drug screenings – using the Olympus 2700 and 640 Chemical Analyzers • Worked under SAMSHA guidelines and SOPs, including strict Chain of Custodies• Experience in preparing laboratory for and undergoing SAMSHA inspections
