Have led projects to enhance the proactive position of IBM with the customer, improve the end-to-end Request for Service process (including creating a map of the failure points of the end-to-end process that I took to Rory Read and Mike Dawkins that caused a project to be kicked off at that level) and make the Delivery Project Executive job more efficient and effective. Created a global DPE electronic program control book. Led various process improvement projects including creating a streamlined DOU, the building of a central repository DPE tool plus tools to handle new business acquisition, improve the SACA process, and develop a DPE quality management system.

Led the mainframe Year 2000 activities at the G. E. Capital data center. This included creating the project charter for the entire project, obtaining written confirmation from all software vendors of their products Y2K readiness, creating reporting templates for all project participants, and handling communications with the GE Y2K leaders and project office.

Developed a program that would develop a corporate-wide database of all pertinent laws and regulations pertaining to the insurance industry including managed care, licensing, and coverage.
