I work on a team that creates and manages native iOS mobile applications for in-store associates. Creation includes working with product managers and UI/UX to design an app or create features that will be easy for associates to use and will make their job more efficient. Managing includes writing and updating unit, UI and contract tests as well as providing on call support.

I worked on a DevOps team using Agile Scrum to help create and update the UI for iOS applications that are used by the in-store associates. I used auto-layout and stack views as well as wrote corresponding unit tests. My team worked with the UI/UX team to ensure reuse of common UI components. I worked with one other intern to create an iOS status check application, coded in Swift, to assist the store associates with troubleshooting issues. This app was made with the goal to later be a common health check pod that could be used across all iOS applications within the company to provide a consistent way for mobile uses to identify and report issues.

I converted existing code from Objective-C to Swift 3.1 using Swift paradigms for the company's fitness application. I worked in a team environment to add features using CoreBluetooth and CoreData. I created manual and automatic UI and unit tests. I also set up Slather and used Jenkins to determine code coverage and run continuous integration.
