I started in the Cable Industry at only 20 years old. I had been working as a representative for Disney World Call center, it was a huge change to come to cable customer service! Since then, I have worked for Cable Technical Support, Field Operations, Network Operations. I always accepted any challenge to learn new things. When a position came available to work in Voice Operations even though the hours were working overnight on the weekends, I knew I had to take it. At that time voice was still relatively new in the cable industry. Since then, I have worked my way through operations to voice engineering. I would like to think I am humble; knowing when I know something and when I don’t. If I don’t know something I will strive to get the correct answer using all available avenues. I am looking forward to starting my Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Oregon State University this spring!
