I loved math and being organized but I also had a desire to be creative. In a quest to find my own way I left my friends and family and ventured to Tampa, Florida. I got my Bachelors in Business and dabbled in art, earning an Associates in Art and Interior Design. After my many years of college collecting different degrees it was time to get serious. While searching for my career I started filling in at my father's insurance agency, Hanson & Ryan. And as my mother always says "Once we get you in, we don't let you out." I am extremely proud to have been working with Hanson & Ryan since 2010 (I know I'm shocked to write these words). My material grandfather and my paternal great grandfather both owned their own insurance agencies, my parents actually meet at a Young Agent's event, so like wise I tried to avoid this business like the plague. Even with all the success my family had in this industry I thought it was boring, wow was I wrong!Hanson & Ryan handles all lines of Insurance from Home, Auto, Health and Life to Commercial Business. Instead of being "jack of all trades, master of none" I focused my time on the Commercial side. I really enjoy meeting new people, learning about other's professions, analyzing their specific needs, then finding a solution to make sure they are protected. As small business we wear many hats, some of mine include: overseeing our service/administrative team, marketing our agency to the public, supporting local philanthropic organizations and being involved in a variety of community/industry organizations.
