EQOS is an independent, non-profit organization (now affiliated with JFF) that partners with education providers to collect and report outcomes-based quality assurance data. The voluntary standards give innovative educational providers a set of metrics to measure (and show!) the real-world success of their programs on learners' economic mobility.

In addition to building and scaling impactful start-ups, Entangled parters with creative, forward-looking companies, non-profits, and universities to design dynamic solutions that help education-related organizations future-proof, innovate, and grow.

Created and lead the Work, Workers, and Technology and ShiftLabs Initiatives at New America to evaluate automation risk and develop pilot programs connecting workers to automation-proof work in cities across the country. Co-founded Shift Commission, a cross-sectoral collaboration w/ Bloomberg LP to examine the impact of AI, automation and digital work platforms on jobs and society.

Led technology, innovation, and digital workforce policy agenda, while directing strategic outreach efforts to Fortune 500 CEOs, tech start-ups, political organizations, foundations, think tanks and the press.
