I am currently the administrative assistant for the Plum Borough School District's in-house transportation department. We provide transportation for more than 3,500 students to more than 30 school sites, both in-district and out of district. I am the only administrative assistant for a department of over 45 employees, overseeing all calendar/schedule management as well as employee relations between the department and the district.

Managed a team of employees which provided award winning public relations, corporate communications and marketing services to a roster of clients including Heinz North America, Heinz World Headquarters, DKW Law Firm and Leeds Business Accessories. Implemented leadership for a professional team who produced new product launches, cook book publications, scientific reference publications, live satellite media and radio tours, media training and measured media and market impact reports.

Assessed existing and potential customers for worthiness to extend, enhance or establish financial lines of credit. Authorized credit establishments. Executed collection processes on accounts in default.

Served as the youngest hired sales representative , at the time. Acquired clients via cold calls and prepared presentations, who purchased radio air time packages to promote their businesses and products. Produced, scripted and edited radio commercials. Interacted with on-air talent to assist with sales calls and promote client businesses.
