3000 Insurance Group was formed by the owners of Alexander & Strunk Inc., and Beale Professional Services in 2013 to streamline payroll, systems, services and carrier contracts for both agencies, to provide better and more efficient service to our customers and to the associations we serve. As the Marketing Director, I work with the principles, the sales team and the customer service representatives to create all aspects of our marketing efforts within our niches. This includes budgeting, strategies, execution and evaluation of campaigns.

In 2011, Alexander & Strunk and Beale Professional Services joined agencies. As such, I have taken on the additional marketing responsibilities of Beale Professional Services. These are identical to my responsibilities with Alexander & Strunk.

* Develop overall strategic marketing plan and customized campaigns including recognizing needs and opportunities, scrutinizing competitors, developing strategies, implementing tactics and tracking/evaluating success and ROI.* Conceptualized and produced through hands-on design and layout, all printed and electronic marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, web pages, social networking sites, banner ads, email marketing) for the agency, supporting new, enhanced and existing products and/or services. * Project managed and developed a wide variety of budget–conscious marketing tactics to increase sales, educate customers, and promote customer retention inline with overall marketing plan. * Maintain branding with internal and external marketing collateral to promote name recognition and reputation in the market.

Beginning in high school, I worked at both the Oklahoma City store and the Edmond store throughout college. Once graduated, I took on an area manager position. I held this position for 4 years before deciding to advance my marketing career and stepped down from the manager role back to a part-time Sales Associate. I stayed in that position while working a full-time marketing position at Moore Norman and at Alexander & Strunk until it was no longer was conducive to family life.

Assisted all functions within the Marketing Department, including the Marketing Director, Outreach Coordinator, Media Buyer, Graphic Designers and Outreach Specialists.
