Kristin Stephens is a Head of Study Management at Takeda. Colleagues describe them as "I did not manage Kristin at Millennium Pharmaceuticals. She reported to me when we worked together at Quintiles as a Director of Clinical Operations. While it's accurate to say that she reported to me in a line management description, it's also true to say that every once in a while in one's working career, if you're lucky, you meet someone who shares your values, your work ethic, your vision, and who brings courage, talent, humor, and dedication with them. Kristin is such a person. I count myself fortunate that I had the chance to work with her. With her help we built something new at Quintiles that perdures to this day and continues to mature.
