• Supervises the operations of the section and ensures that every station is properly manned and performing at desired level.• Ensures production of the section conforms to the quality and delivery requirements of the costumers.• Implements production plan and schedules and ensures that adequate resources are available for successful operations such as manpower, raw materials and supplies. Initiates changes to the plan when necessary.• Prepare daily and monthly production reports and other reports required by management.• Issues request for materials and supplies based on production plan and schedules and warehouse inventory.• Coordinates with other section head with regards to the sections need such as QA, Facilities, PPC, Sales and Warehouse to resolve production issues and ensure trouble-free operations.• Analyses and reviews production processes and work instructions and develops improvements. Ensures that problems are properly addressed with valid corrective and preventive actions. • Updates process documentations of the section in accordance with ISO standards.• Monitors and analyses operator’s hourly and daily outputs and ensures to meet production targets and follow approved work instructions consistently.• Evaluates operator’s performance and identifies training needs of operator.• Maintains proper plant housekeeping in assigned work area.

• Manage and lead a team of production technicians and operators in meeting production schedules and quality targets.• Monitor and sustaining process/SPC to ensure quality of products meet specifications.• Directs daily department activities in order to achieve production target, quality, yield, output and cost goals. Facilitate and participate in Transform program, cost reduction programs and yield improvement. • Manage the performance, motivation and satisfaction of the production team and process to ensure key quality, output and efficiency are met. • Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers to handle line-related issues, handle and resolve bottleneck situations• Generate and review daily production report on output, WIP (Work in Process), yield and attendance.• To ensure the monthly target set is achieved, the machinery/equipment fully running and the product delivered according to schedule.• To uphold all processes are met accordance to written procedures and comply with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as mandatory requirement.• Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel.• Organize training and certification for Manufacturing Assistants to upgrade their skills.• Assist in others ad-hoc duties as necessary.• Conduct preliminary machine troubleshooting, improve equipment performance and perform preventive maintenance.

• Checking of input parameters every start of shift. • Ensure good machine condition in preparation for HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) loading.• Monitor chemical trend chart and conduct chemical adjustments if needed according to matrixes provided by engineers.• Conduct material inventory and withdrawal to avoid material shortage.• Conduct machine weekly preventive maintenance activity together with facilities and engineers.• Monitor output quality and conduct line status report to supervisor.• Participate in Transform program, cost reduction programs and yield improvement. • Escalate abnormalities to supervisor and provide containment actions.• Suggest/make corrective actions and preventive actions for any abnormality encountered on production area.• Participate in continuous improvement programs.• Ensure compliance to safety, discipline and housekeeping rules.
