B2C mobile app development for small and medium business (SMB).As a senior product manager I led a mobile app cross-functional team that developed a banking mobile application for small and medium enterprises. My team was responsible for the following features: integration banking and non-banking services in the marketplace in the app, chat&chat-bot, biometrics, document recognition, protected signature. The average number of monthly active users of the app was 133 000.
