I am a highly self-motivated hard-working individual who refuses to ever be stagnant. I believe there is always room for growth, whether personal, professional, or educational. Upon receiving my first promotion to management in a corporate environment 20 years ago, I felt I had a strong technical base but needed more managerial skills to become a true asset. So I attended dozens of hours of workshops, lectures, training seminars, and mentoring programs to develop the interpersonal skills necessary to establishing a strong yet approachable professional presence. I have always been able to tailor my interactions to my "audience". I feel it is just as important WHAT a person says as HOW she says it. Allowing a vastly differing client-base to feel comfortable in their individual situations is paramount.

Table Game Supervisor And DealerDealers' Employment Agency Oct 2007 - 2010Las Vegas, Nevada AreaInitially I worked for this company to network and pick up a few extra shifts at various casinos. I was offered permanent employment at EVERY casino to which I was sent. I worked a special event for the Miller Brewing Co. executives at the BELLAGIO; I not only worked, but also trained many of the girls in the Wicked 21 Pit at SUNSET STATION; I was offered the job of Casino Manager after doing much of the promotional work and Table Games training at the GOLD SPIKE (that position also mandated signing off on all Slot Jackpots that required Cage signatures); while supervising a dice tournament at the LAS VEGAS HILTON, I was approached by both the Tournament Director and Casino Manager...the Director was so impressed by the way I handled an exception (and more importantly, the way I explained it to the guest that left him satisfied with the ruling), that he asked if he could from then on refer all discrepancies to me. I did not accept the permanent position in management there, but was specifically requested and called by the Tournament Director personally to work each tournament then on. I taught Roulette, Black Jack, Poker, and Craps.
