Apprix is the pioneer of participatory & interactive online training in Finland.Responsibilities:- Managing customers projects: ensuring successful project completion; managing project teams for successful outcomes; cultivating strong customer relationships, offering support as needed to ensure project success and satisfaction; setting clear project goals, monitoring progress, and taking corrective actions to achieve objectives; preparing documentation and reports; collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions- Helpdesk management: providing consulting and support to customers- Testing software's fixes and updates- Creating eLearnings using Apprix’s Builder tool- Collection and analyzation of customer reviews in order to improve the quality of service

The project was started from scratch to promote the Finnish region of Ähtäri to the market of Russia. In the project I was responsible for the relationship with customers and for the perfect customer experience. I was also responsible for the social media and advertising. I managed sales through the social media and interaction with influencers. I was also selling the product directly to customers. I used storytelling for creating customers' attraction to Ähtäri and supported them in their way to purchasing the product. I was managing the online store and supporting customers by online chat and WhatsApp.Together with our team, we have reached a high level of sales. About 400 Russian tourists met the New Year 2020 in Ähtäri. Parents from Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Tallinn and Helsinki got inspired by our promotion and drove their own cars to the little authentic Finnish region they’d never heard of before.I spent two weeks side by side with tourists, helping them in solving all kinds of issues and unforeseen situations. I received a huge number of gratitudes for the perfectly organized leisure time. It was  a huge delight to see the results of my work through satisfied customers.After completing the project, I was helping in developing a travel company. I was responsible for strategy creation, website and social media design, writing articles, finding interesting authentic Finnish places and creating travel packages. Our team was driven by the goal of helping people gain a new unique travel experience. But the Coronavirus has made its own adjustments to our work...
