UW Solutions is the manufacturer of ChromaLuxe and Unisub. Manufactured in the US, both dye-sublimation brands are distributed to 90+ countries to deliver premium print substrates for a variety of markets. Brought in to develop and grow Unisub and ChromaLuxe brands worldwide, responsible for leading the creation and execution of marketing activities including brand, consumer insights, product management, pricing and customer programs, marketing communications, as well as digital and traditional advertising. Working with a global team, lead initiatives to partner cross-functionally to execute brand strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and increase customer lifetime value.

Managed the brand, creative and social teams for TwinSpires ADW and BetAmerica Sportsbook and Casino. Led the brand strategy and creative campaign development for both brands. Drove implementation of customer research for insight-driven campaigns. Hired BetAmerica creative agency to develop brand positioning and creative execution.
