På CareDx jobbade jag i en kombinerad roll som chef och projektkoordinator. Chefsrollen omfattade personalansvar, rekrytering/hantering av konsulter och arbete i ledningsgruppen i Stockholm. Rollen som projektkoordinator omfattade samordning mellan Stockholms SW grupp och ett utvecklingsteam i Australien. Initially, I was responsible for recruiting all types of resources. Later on, as the company grew, I focus mostly on programmers and systems architects. I was part of the company's management team with responsibility for operational management. I also worked with strategic issues on the board.
