I'm a member of the Strategic Integration Department and primarily responsible for new office integration and operational and strategic project implementations across Beacon Pointe offices located throughout the country.

I manage the office and reception area and provide daily administrative support to the Ironmark team.Represent the brand of the firm by creating a positive and professional first impression on a daily basis with all clients and employees of the firm.Greet office guests with a warm welcome and provide beverage service for meetings.Coordinate ordering meals and snacks for the office.Manage kitchen inventory (snacks, beverages, supplies) and office supply inventory.Assist team members and guests with daily administrative tasks as needed, such as scanning, mail distribution, shipping, printing, preparation of expense reports, etc.Ensure all offices are guest ready during office hours (light cleaning).Manage travel (flights, ground transportation, hotels) as needed.Provide executive level administrative support to the two principals of the firm. Duties include scheduling meetings, meal service as requested, and some personal assistant duties.Assist with event planning and production for team events. Act as administrative liaison between TD Ameritrade and Ironmark Advisors
