I currently work with K- 4th graders by creating differentiated lesson plans that consist of; letter sounds, letter recognition, sight words, phonics, reading fluency, reading comprehension, decoding and writing. I am able to draw data by using assessments to create individual lesson plans around the specific child's needs. I also work along side the the classroom teacher by collaborating with them on how to better facilitate the individual student.

During this temporary supply position I had the ability to work with grades 6th - 8th grade on personal fitness, physical fitness skills, game play activities and health, while using assessments to differentiate learning.
