I was the Production Accountant/Contrioller on many Miramax movies starting in South Africa for 2 sequels of "Dusk til Dawn", then Romania for "Highland IV", then Germany and Italy for "Heaven", finishing with "Kill Bill I & 2".

Oversaw all phases of Production for multiple Feature Films, weekly Television Sitcoms and Comedy Specials produced for HBO and other Networks; budgets ranging from $1-11M. Reviewed budgets, created cash flows, prepped “green lit” projects. Interviewed, hired and managed accounting teams, conducted internal audits to access accountant’s strength and adherence to policy in an effort to repeat hire qualified accountants. Arranged and monitored cash funding, and troubleshooter for all assigned shows. Liaison with Production and Corporate executives and Accountants to keep projects within budget and on schedule, visiting sets often to build relationships and help when needed.

Reviewed and analyzed all Fox Studio costs; reallocating when applicable.Researched and installed Corporate G/L software; developed and maintained a system of internal Corporate and Production controls; supervised A/P staff and reconciled all bank accounts.
