Kristina directs our Mobile Technology and Appraisal Operations Teams, leading our quality assurance, vendor services teams, ClearInsight Mobile Application Technical Support, including managing our appraiser panel. In her 17 years at Clear Capital, she designed and implemented our robust quality assurance training program and has refined our broker products to earn industry-wide praise. Kristina proudly began her full-time career at Clear Capital while also a full-time student at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Kristina Wright Is the Manager, Broker Product Quality Assurance for Clear Capital®, a national real estate valuation and analytics company. Kristina has been with Clear Capital since 2006. In this time she has worked in many different departments and is a master of all processes with Clear Capital. Her passion is to drive quality improvements, through effective training as well as technical improvements to the broker product line.She is responsible for training and leading the Quality Assurance (QA) department and building quality into our Broker Products. Kristina has designed a robust valuation training regimen to drive the highest quality product as it delivers to our customers. Each QA Representative must pass valuation fundamentals coursework before reviewing BPOs. The most qualified representatives are also matched with the most complex Broker Products as identified by our ClearQC score. QA Representatives are audited weekly using a random sample and adverse selection process.
