Kristina Darling has been in the construction industry since 2010. She began her career by developing a series of classes to assist construction workers in passing entrance exams for Building Inspector Certifications, Electrical Apprentices, and Solar Installation. She successfully started her own business in 2012 focusing on storm restoration in the Denver metro area. In 2013, she was trained by Pilot Catastrophe services, the largest independent insurance adjusting firm in the country. As a licensed insurance adjuster, Kristina started negotiating claims on behalf of homeowners with claims often doubling from the original insurance estimate. Serving people is at the heart of what drives her to provide stellar customer service. She loves managing, educating, and at the end of each project, standing alongside the customer for a ‘job well done.’
