I am a student at Columbia College Chicago, and am hoping to obtain an internship position for over the summer and for next semester. I believe that becoming an intern would be the ideal job to help me pursue my goal of someday becomng an innovative and responsible Public Relations employee. I have taken many classes that are helping me prepare for the Public Relations field such as PR writing, Integrated Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Intro to PR. I was also part of the Ubiquitious, the student newspaper at UW-Washington County which has helped me gain more experience in writing, working with others, interviewing people, and working fast and efficiently. While going to school I also work at Best Buy, where I have worked for almost three years. I was promoted after a year to a Customer Service Representative which helped me with my problem solving abilities as well as working as a team.
