I have worked in the HR and recruitment industry for almost 10 years. My experience ranges from managing the interview process, reporting & analytics, adjudicating background checks, managing an intern programs and then ultimately moving to the world of HR Technology. With HR technology constantly developing, it seemed to fit my drive to always improve processes, my desire to continually learn, and the challenge of creative problem solving.Currently, I’m a HR Systems Administrator for Luxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of fashion, luxury and sports eyewear. In this role I oversee the daily operations of the North American Recruiting System (US, Canada and Puerto Rico) and partner with our global administrators. Our most recent achievement was implementing a new Applicant Tracking System across 3 countries and 10+ business units. Not only was it great collaborating globally, but we configured the system for success when onboarding other countries to the ATS!Before joining Luxottica, I worked for Kroger as their System Administrator and was able to gain amazing experience with their end to end, full suite ATS implementation in over 35 states, 5,000+ locationsI have a MA from Xavier University and a BA from the University of Dayton. I am originally from Saint Louis and luckily my passion for the St. Louis Cardinals has not inhibited me from employment in Cincinnati, OH :-)While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite is collaborating with stakeholders to discover what they need and with creative solutions I can make their job a little easier.
