I create, modify, and publish Air Force Job Qualification Standards/Training Packages used by 43,000 Airman in the Cyber Surety Career Field. I also am a liaison between Air Staff/Major Command career field managers and subject matter experts to evaluate training package requirements. When asked, I conduct annual review for Job Qualification Standard/Training Packages to ensure the validity of references and accurate training methods. At this job site, I also perform an additional duty, on a daily basis, as a Unit Security Manager for 200+ military and civilian personnel. I review their security clearances when in/out processing and upgrade or downgrade clearances when applicable.

I was responsible for maintaining 1,200+ Classified documents for daily training and real world reconnaissance missions. I also maintained Unclassified flight publications for more than 24 aircraft on the installation (total publication value of $300,000). On a daily basis, I was responsible for the operation of the Military Strategic Tactical Relay (MILSTAR) Time Distribution Subsystem Preprocessor (TDSPP) and Time Standard Module (TSM) to ensure jam resistant, unclassified communications. In addition to my MILSTAR technical knowledge, I was also the primary individual for constructing, issuing, and receiving communications kits utilized by Navigators, Pilots, and Co-Pilots in support of training and real world reconnaissance missions. I developed and lead briefings designed to train all aircrew personnel on the installation. The training consisted of proper communications security (COMSEC) procedures such as; destruction, utilization, and proper documentation for such material classified up to Top Secret.
