Timeline, setup, F&B needs and event goals. *Coordinate with management team to ensure event details are delivered as well as working with the chef on special requests*Manage event rentals and outside vendors

*Strategize with senior leadership to understand market drivers and execute key marketing initiatives and events. *Supported national events team of 10 managing over 800 events annually*Streamlined marketing/sales efforts on lead collection during tradeshows and conferences.*Management of National Multifamily and Commercial associations and trade events *Assist management monthly on updating the marketing departments annual budget and reporting.*Leverage creativity to implement effective promotions to help maximize awareness, presence and engagement activities.

*Execute over 65 events annually across all verticals as well as client facing forums *On-site logistics, travel arrangements, Food and Beverage coordination, entertainment sourcing, email marketing, list management, speaker presentations, promotional activities, event staffing and booth display and event advertising.*Negotiation of association sponsorships, project manage speaking opportunity submissions for major industry events and create and execute strategic marketing campaigns. *Coordination of brochures and lead the directive to move towards paperless events and an online brochure lead form.

*Primary point of contact for the owner and CEO, major projects, internal communications and vendor relations*Track multiple projects and regularly update scheduling and timelines to communicate with team members. *Purchasing and Receiving Management*Travel Coordination: Coordinated appropriate travel accommodations for construction crews that meet our company standards as well as look for opportunities to increase cost saving opportunities on long term projects.*Streamlined processes for submittal packages, RFI's, warranty packets, RFP's, project proposals.*Coordinate training for new hires as well as create job manuals, process and procedures documents.*Calendar management- Management of CEO personal calendar, staffing requests for PTO, special project timelines.*Inbound/Outbound Shipping
