Support assigned global accounts with particular focus on business intelligence reporting. Understand ad-hoc and ongoing reporting needs including identification of Key Performance Indicators and develop data analysis and solutions to provide accurate information on a timely basis. Responsible for design of reporting package templates that can be scaled across the business.• Deliver on-time, accurate reporting and analysis to clients as needed.• Analyze data for identified complex solution based or performance issue customers.• Evaluate key quantitative indicators to determine trends and provide recommendations for improvement to customer usage and strategy of solutions.• Work directly with sales leaders and reps to understand possible data issues, and collaborate with colleagues in sales operations and other departments to proactively and efficiently resolve concerns and reduce data inaccuracies.• Contribute significantly to “deep dive” analyses, working with all necessary partners to build out definitions and case studies for implementation of reporting templates.• Provide supportive data and vital information that is organized, succinct and concise.• Innovate new reporting packages – new ways of analyzing/manipulating data.• Access Wanted Analytics, Media Audit, and Google Analytics et al for market research.
