Overseeing the day-to-day duties of the training and mentoring team, as part of the Digital Wallets brands of Paysafe (Skrill and NETELLER). Directly involved in the Induction Process, as well as the mentoring part of each trainee. As part of my role, I am also responsible for helping the businesses by developing, facilitating and supervising training programs for employees. In addition, I analyze the needs of the business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce. Other responsibilities include:✔️Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals ✔️Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance ✔️Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments ✔️Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs ✔️Optimizing training processes for efficiency ✔️Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training ✔️Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training

As a visual merchandiser my main responsibilities include:-delivering floor plans and merchandising guidelines on the sales floor, racks, mannequins, shelving and windows-communicating on a global level with VM's and Senior Managers-educating and teaching the team the standards of Ralph Lauren's merchandising-traveling to Milan for ordering and buying of new collections-participating in other openings of Ralph Lauren stores (i.e. spent a week in Dubai for the opening of a store there)-day to day communication with Senior Manager in Moscow and Executive Visual Director in London-driving sales through completing merchandising standards by guidelines coming from New York Head Office
