As a food runner, I worked with my coworkers to create the best possible dining experience by communicating and helping each other when needed. I got experience working directly with customers and with all kitchen staff. I learned to adapt to the needs of customers either on my own or with the help of my coworkers.

As a counselor at Valley Lo, I created a safe and fun environment for campers at Valley Lo and on field trips. I helped campers through social and emotional dilemmas to make camp a safe space for all. My co-counselors and myself worked together to encourage participation and a positive camp experience
