• Research, gather, enter and analyze data for potential, current and pending court cases• Organize, track and maintain information using Quickbase, Microsoft Office and Google Sheets and Docs• Communicate with local and state offices regarding FOIA requests• Supervise a team of 3-4 data specialists and coordinate with other professionals such as paralegals, investigators and lawyers

• Own and operate photography business which includes indoor and outdoor photography of people, events and products.• Use photographic software like CS5 and Lightroom to edit and enhance images.• Create photo products such as collages, cards, and albums.• Design marketing tools such as business cards, flyers, and post cards. • Stylize and photograph products for varying needs.• Manage budget, sales, and marketing.

• Build and maintain working relationships between sellers & buyers• Process the physical aspects of an online estate sale in a timely and accurate manner, including staffing, product photographing, customer pickups and/or shipping fulfillment, cleanup and donation• Maintain warehouse and shipping supplies based on history and projected future requirements in order to sustain usable stock and prevent over ordering• Monitor and maintain budgetary goals for the Houston market• Utilize Paycom and Expensify to manage employee pay; including monitoring hours, corrections, approvals, and submission for regular pay and expenses• Create and direct continual improvement initiatives to increase KPIs• Communicate current and future goals of the market to keep all employees engaged and informed• Manage documentation pertaining to each sale, seller and employee• Merchandise and product photography, including staging, lighting, photographing, post-production, and uploading to the auction website
