My primary focus as an International Coordinator at The Swedish School of Sport and Health Science (GIH), lies in promoting and administrating international student mobility (inbound and outbound) between GIH and our university partners in Europe within the Erasmus+, Nordplus Idrott and NoFri networks. My role also includes administration of staff/teacher mobility, and coordinating exams and scholarships. Within international student mobility my duties include:- Study guidance - Administration within Erasmus+, EWP, Mobility Tool, OLS- Student housing for inbound exchange students- Registration of inbound exchange students in LADOK- Student insurance through Kammarkollegiet- National and international recruitment events- Main point of contact for partner universities – contract renewal, new partner agreements and on-site visits.

My focus was on councelling, giving career- and study advice and information about studies abroad to potential students. I supported the students with the application process, course registration, visa application- and CSN application process. Other tasks included in my role was daily communication with partner universites around the globe about the CSN process, application process, agent portals, agreements and marketing strategies. I also arranged events for outbound students, attended seminars and student recruitment events such as fairs and school visits in the Stockholm area. Business trips to established partner universities was also included in my role.
