I have been seeking to understand wellbeing, mental health, human potential, optimal performance, behaviour in organisations, social policies for systemic health and wellbeing, group dynamics, leadership and unconscious processes in organisational systems. My dedication to transformation and systemic change demonstrates over a decade practicing organizational psychology including designing and implementing wellbeing, leadership development and culture change programs. My ongoing training in psychotherapy, facilitating and coaching has lead to coaching teams and executives. A brain injury has put me on a path of studying psychedelic-assisted therapy and expanded states of consciousness and founding Curacura. We center our approach around the potential of both individuals and groups rejecting efforts to pathologise and medicalise people as if their wellbeing was separate from their environment. As I continue my training and practice I focus on body and trauma - centered therapeutic modalities. Curacura educates about the therapeutic potential of psychedelics and body-centered modalities and designs legal integrative experiences.
