Projects: Service desk system of video surveillance on buildings in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, E-commerce front and back office for retail store chain of jewelry and minerals(include systems: retail portal, Product database, CRM, Service desk, Client Support system, WMS(warehouse management system), Accountant system, testimonial tool), Drop-shipping system for retail.Evangelized: e-commerce events, conferences with clients and colleagues. Launched: Successfully launched all projects which we developed with great testimonials.Developed: All inside documentation of the company's workflow and documentation of each project. Created: a team of developers and testers. I used the services of third-party companies to order work on marketing, design, and other what was needed for projects.Trained: a test team. I'm proud that two of my junior testers have become Test managers now, and another 2 become developers. I learned frontend development and am now a junior frontend developer (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).Achievements: my team and I designed and developed a considerable front- and back-office system based on client project but unified for common e-commerce projects and sold it with customisation for each client. We developed a stand-alone service for getting testimonials after orders and a service desk system. At this time, my partner and I understood that from project to project, we met the same problem, which takes a lot of time for developers - create a new project, build versions and deploy versions on servers. We had some ideas, and we coded them. When we got the first work version of the idea's implementation, we decided to create a service and share it with the world. The process of development APPLIKU was started.

Theme: Multimedia technologies Developed, Launched, and Led: A new one-year course of lectures about multimedia technologies called "How to use multimedia technologies in business and personal life," including but not limited to blogging, site builders, social media, personal brand, the basis of marketing instruments and methods, content creating, using tools for content creating, videography, tools for audio and video making and correcting, etc.Trained: two years of lectures, two generations of students, eight groups of students, sixteen exams. Achievements: I read my lectures each Saturday(except holidays) for two years. Classes began at 8.30. I always had a full class. I love to teach and learn something new.

Projects: Projects of bank core transformation (2 of the 4th main projects of bank system development), projects of integration the UniCredit bank system with client's systems; SWIFT transactions, BPM system.Led: management and control vendors test teams and teams of inside development.Evangelized: events with clients C-Level executives, events with vendors C-Level Executives, events with C-Level executives of the bank. Researched: vendors to perform testing on projects on the bank side. Launched: tenders for test vendors of bank projects.Developed: test documentation for all assigned projects(test approaches, strategies, assessments, plans, and other), tender documentation, criteria for vendors for each project, metrics(KPIs)Performed: I managed IBM's team of 39 persons inside an office(Moscow) and 150 remote persons (Bangalore), assisted Oracle team of developers on FlexCube project, Diasoft team of 50 persons of analytics and testers inside an office(Moscow), a team of 20 in-house people of testers and analytics on the Siebel project, several remote vendor teams on other projects. In addition, I organized and held ten tenders for choosing a vendor for implementing software testing of internal and external development(1 tender is about ten vendors). Include tender documentation, requirements of vendors, criteria of choosing, assessments, budgets, meetings, analytics reports, and defended a choice of the vendor in front of C-Level executives.Achievements: The results of my work have been the successful prevention of manipulation by vendors of work on projects, control over the successful implementation, and completion of all work on time. Also, projects were completed to test internal and external development by vendors on ten projects. As a result, I was offered a promotion. I had my own clients in e-commerce development at that time on several successful projects running my development and testing team. Then I quit and started my own business.

I worked in the west-coast time zone part-time at the office, part-time at the Moscow Google office, and part-time from home at night hours. I did this work; it wasn't complicated for me to do my best.

As Project Manager, I launched all assigned projects just in time. Developed: test process workflow with the specific quick development process in the short project deadline conditions, metrics(KPI).Performed: quality assurance and quality control on all company projects. Trained: I prepared new testers engineers for work in our test process and developers to work with the test process. Chose and led our processes developers on my projects.Achievements: implementation of quality assurance and control that increased by 50% completion of projects on time, which ensured high quality of developed products and attracted an increase in the number of projects with current clients and an increase in the number of new clients of the company. MillerTonight Halloween(the marketing campaign project includes an interactive site, games, tasks, and conditions for customers), where I took part as Project Manager to get Silver Cannes Lion.

Project: GosStroySmeta — a software for calculating and maintaining estimates in construction. Led: a testing process on the project, created and led a test team to provide testing in the company's software development. Launched: a process of testing by testers inside the company, TestCases, and BugReports systems, created metrics reporting, and defined Test Strategy, plans, priorities, and readiness for production and sale of the product.Developed: Test Strategy, test plans, UAT, criteria of version readiness, HR's criteria for hiring testers, meetings, reporting, metrics of testing, and teamwork. Also, I developed and implemented test methodology(and instruments) based on Scrum and Kanban, which changed the development methodology. Created: instructions and workflow for testers for the test process, instructions for developers, and workflow for how to work with the test team, test process, and test documents. In addition, I created test scenarios, test cases, tests, analytic reports, and teamwork reports. Prioritized: test sprints, test runs, tasks, defects. I took part in the prioritization of dev sprints and tasks in it. Performed: All types of testing on the project. Provided work for my test team and testing in the company that increased development efficiency by 30% and reduced time of version/release delivery by 25%. Trained: I prepared new testers engineers for work in our test process and developers to work with the test process. Achievements: I successfully built and led a test process in the company and implemented test methodology and instruments, which increased product quality and dev speed.

Projects: Email client with document workflow with digital signing(for ROSNANO), and two client projects(Government).Led: testing of Change Requests(CRs). Created: CRs test strategy and plans, test documentation for CRs testing.Designed: test documentation for all projects where I was assigned (test scenarios, test cases, test requirements, test data, test reports, and analytic test reports).Prioritized: tasks for CRs testing, tasks assigned for colleagues of my team, test reports, a queue of test cases, and a queue of change requests for testing.Performed: planned and tested CRs in projects in all types of testing.Achievements: I found, confirmed, described, and reproduced a critical defect because the director of ROSNANO lost emails with essential documents. The defect lived four months before I started to test it. It took me 1,5 weeks. I improved CRs testing at the ROSNANO project. Together with a Team Lead of development, I found problems in development speed at a team and resolved them.

Projects: Passport generation system, Digital document storage with a digital signing, Government Email system, DOZOR- Jet system( a corporate email system control).Led: UAT(User Acceptance Testing) team of Digital document storage with a digital sign with a customer on the customer's platform and place.Created: UAT documentation(a plan, test scenarios, test cases, test data, reports).Designed: test documentation for all projects where I was assigned (test scenarios, test cases, test requirements, test data, test reports)Prioritized: test reports, a queue of test cases, and a queue of change requests for testing. Performed: test scenarios/cases, control of the quality of fixed defects, UAT, and all types of testing. Achievements: I successfully organised and ran the UAT process with a responsible customer(The government of Moscow). It allowed closing a part of the project in time and signing a new contract for changes. Also, I always finish work on or before the estimated time.
