As an independent project manager, I intermediated between customers and software development teams, being in constant and close contact with them throughout the project lifecycle. Job Responsibilities: - Prepare proposals for new clients and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.- Negotiate with clients, conduct regular meetings with clients and investors: online and in real life.- Develop project plans, goals, schedules and budgets; identify resources needed.- Organise and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.- Create Use Cases, User Stories and other requirements documentation.- Maximize productivity by setting clear expectations and communicating project status, issues and risks to top management.- Manage resource allocation across multiple projects including tracking resource bandwidth and forecasting future availability for scheduling new projects. Coordinate project team members.- Coordinate delivery of development (beta) and production releases that meet quality assurance standards and client’s needs.- Ensure delivery of multiple projects at the same time.- Coach, mentor and motivate junior level PMs and leads.- Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts.- Assist development team in design and development tasks.
