• Develop Business Annual Plan and implement Marketing activities.• Analyze the development of the brand (Brand health, Sales volume, market approach) to develop elements of the brand strategy covering Product, Price, Promotion, Place and decide on brand short term objectives. • Build and maintain relationship with remoted supplies to ensure products quality and minimized production costs.• Enforce Sales and Marketing team to ensure Sales and Marketing plans are executed effectively.• Co-ordinate with R&D, Planning, Production… in developing new product.• Lead Design team to translate product concept into packaging and POSM artwork. • Incorporate closely with Retail Manager to implement various training styles and pedagogy to engage and maximize In-store staff knowledge and working attitudes.• In charge of leading, motivating and developing the management team.• Develop SOPs for retail customer service.• Create and manage generator system of customer’s valuable feedback to ensure building brand awareness.• Improve margins and maintaining a high-quality service to clients.• Main in charge of External Relationship. Create and maintain links with other professional associations to expand company’s external relationship. • Keep control of business expenditure, ensuring it is within agreed budgets.
