As Junior TAP I work on several projects with focus on Professional Hires at Benelux area. I am managing candidates throughout all stages of application and hiring processes as well as ensuring a signature candidate experience, understanding the career goals of candidates and offering them multiple available options. I communicate with hiring teams & managers about the requirements and selection process to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities, while building a pipeline using sourcing technology. All resulting in setting high recruitment standards which ensure operational excellence and compliance.
