Oversaw teams to design and develop applications for a variety of business processes and management units, including: budgeting, loan servicing, credit risk, construction management, cash management, workout properties, stock share tracking, underwriting, fund guarantee tracking, fund management, developer servicing, and acquisitions.

Managed $7 billion of private equity invested in over 100 low-income housing tax credit real estate funds. Oversaw the investor reporting (quarterly & annual performance reports and annual property & fund audit) and developer servicing (review and approve construction draws, conflict management, management of client relationships, contract administration) of over 1,200 multi-family properties in the U.S. Acted as the primary liaison to over 100 corporate investors. Managed sixteen full-time employees and two temporary employees.

Identified investment opportunities, prepared investment memorandums (deal memos), structured, and financed the acquisition of commercial, retail, mixed use, and multi-family residential real estate investments in a fast-paced, energetic, entrepreneurial environment. Created financial models, pro formas, cost/ benefit analyses, and capital improvement budgets; calculated expected rates of return, net present value (NPV), and pay back periods; estimated operating and capital expenditures; prepared comparable peer market analyses of real estate properties using IRR/MIRR, cash-on-cash return, and capitalization rates for acquisition purposes. Conducted on-site due diligence and performed market and feasibility analyses.

Designed a credit risk management database to monitor changes in the credit ratings of our stock loan partners; prepared credit assessments for the Credit Committee. Conducted interviews with upper management and support staff to assess current and future state business requirements for $100,000 to $3,000,000 change management and information technology (IT) projects. Managed projects for the institutional investor business unit and was in charge of quality assurance for the implementation of the Siebel customer management system.

Conducted present and future state business analyses of $1,000,000 to $20,000,000 management and technology projects for marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales. Developed visioning documents and other deliverables which summarized key findings and outlined a series of projects, processes, and procedures that would meet the future state requirements using industry best practices; prepared the business cases.
