I currently work for Manchester Country Club, a private club with a full service restaurant and patio. I work as a food and beverage manager. Being a private club, I enjoy building relationships with the members and making sure they are completely indulged with their whole experience every time they visit.Previously I worked for Bonefish Grill in Burlington, MA. I was the In-Store Training Coordinator, a Corporate Certified Trainer, Server and also a Guest Service Associate. In my role as a certified trainer, it was my responsibility to ensure that all new hires go through our rigorous training process and successfully complete all testing and have full menu knowledge. As well as encompassing a passion to treat our guests in the most hospitable manner. Likewise in my position as a Guest Service Associate, it was my job to work directly with the floor manager each shift to ensure all of our guests are being treated with one-hundred percent indulgence. I worked with the manager to interact with each guest that comes in our restaurant and to always ensure that their service and experience at Bonefish Grill was nothing short of perfection. In turn making Bonefish Grill their favorite place to eat, drink, relax and be with friends.Also I previously worked for Dom's Sausage, a small family owned company; with a full deli, butcher shop, complete catering service and wholesale department. I worked mainly in the deli department preparing all types of hot and cold foods for customers, and slicing fresh deli meats. I also prepared a wide variety of trays and platters for catering orders and I also have a lot of experience in being a server for all kinds of events. This would include events such as weddings, graduation parties, communions, funerals and birthday parties, buffet style and formal sit down.
