We also offer program evaluation and community surveying services to measure and track the impact and outcomes of our clients' projects.We specialize in Justice 40 implementation, Community Benefit Plan development, Tax Credits, Government Loan applications, strategic siting for new US based facilities and a variety of other key areas that allow us to maintain a 90%+ award success rate.With over 25 years of experience and well over $1.3 billion in grants awarded, I have a proven track record of success in securing funding for city, county, state and federal governments, universities, non-profits, for-profits, green tech, renewable energy, and privately owned companies. I have also worked with state agencies, congress, and regulatory bodies to identify and address key legislative and regulatory barriers and develop state/local clean energy policy initiatives. Additionally, I have delivered keynote speeches, workshops, grant writing classes, and public education on various topics related to my field of expertise.
