I manage the regional office operations in Des Moines, IA. I am responsible for the management of workforce effectiveness, regional office budget & spending, supply management, marketing supply resources, regional event planning and event execution.

I am in charge of all recruiting efforts, hiring initiatives, and on-boarding practices. I am constantly on the search for top talent, handle interviews and perform behavioral analysis on candidates as well as make offers of employment. I also orient employees to the company and help get them started on a solid ground!

I instruct/coach 5am & 6:10am fitness classes in a group setting at KOSAMA! It is my job to demonstrate exercises and motivate members to reach their potential while ensuring proper form and technique is being used to prevent injury and get the most out of the workout.

I coach little kids and beginners on the art and skill of gymanstics in a fun and friendly environment!

I teach children ages 2-12 how to perform acrobatic skills while developing their muscles, mental concentration, balance, and listening skills. It is incredible to watch small human beings suddenly realize they have complete control over their own body.
