I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming and kink-aware professional.I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) in my work. ART is a modality derived from EMDR that uses bilateral stimulation to promote emotional healing. It provides a fast, effective way to overcome memories of trauma and relieve symptoms from traumatic experiences (including PTSD, C-PTSD, and sexual trauma). ART has been shown to help people overcome phobias, anxiety, OCD, and other issues rooted in intrusive thoughts and negative beliefs.
