We bridge the gap for customers, helping themunderstand our processes and then becoming their true service partner.At Quad, I manage all of our customer service teams within our Packaging markets and have developed onboarding practices for all of our accounts. Our team works to streamline the onboarding process to assure our customers have the same experience throughout the company as their projects and needsevolve.Packaging is an evolving industry. We are continuously looking for new ways to innovate both as acompany at large but also in the world of customer service. I’m constantly following what’s new inthe packaging industry and what new products are being developed so that my team is prepared toanswer any question that comes our way.My focus areas are: Customer experience management; customer experience strategy; customerexperience design; continuous improvement.When I’m not busy finding new ways to serve our customers, I love spending time with my familyand cooking savory dishes that everyone wows over.
