I believe in applying direct—and often indirect—experience, diverse perspectives, creativity and evidential data to identify and solve problems, create experiences and design everlasting products. I am passionate about the workplace, the employee experience and incredibly curious about the future of work. My career has woven in and out of entrepreneurship and employment, which I believe is a modern-day career path for ambitious, confident, individuals.Working with young professionals is something that excites me and therefore I spend time each year employing co-op students from my alma mater, Drexel University, and visit to speak with students within the entrepreneurial and design schools.
