Press Ganey realized how valuable I am to the company with my knowledge of the Bivarus SaaS platform, and my top notch customer service (both internal and external) they decided they could not let me go. As of January 16th 2018, Bivarus was purchased by the market leader, Press Ganey.Main Challenge: Strategically and quickly on-board and setup new customers for our SaaS platform based on customer desire for how they want to view their data. For on-boarding I handle the technical side of receiving files and setting up the organization for on-line viewing of their data. I work closely with customer managers to keep projects up and going. I help maintain the projects on a day to day basis.I also do custom reporting for customers on Sisense dashboards for Ad-hoc, monthly or quarterly basis. I quickly understood the SaaS software and am able to identify issues. I work diligently with the developers to resolve the issues. Customer wins • Software was losing track of inbound data for 15 customers over a period of 8 weeks. I discovered the issue, co-researched with the dev team, and helped get all customers back on track while the devs were resolving the problem. • I detected that a customer was resending very old data which would have caused duplicate data issues. I worked with the dev team for an all-stop, clean up the bad data, and resume operation within a week. • I have become the go-to resource outside of the engineering team for how the system works.
