* Input all group actual numbers and LNR/KNR actuals in SalesPro  * Weekly sales calls to keep relationships with the hotel’s top accounts  * Prospecting companies and groups to bring new business to the hotel * Review Hotelligence weekly to see what travel agencies are using other hotels in our  comp set  * Use SalesPro to type up contracts for groups  * Create Banquet Event Orders in SalesPro  * Keep track of all meetings (date, time, setup, etc)  * Keep track of all wedding groups that will be using the shuttle and scheduling their drop  off and pick up times  * Enter groups into Opera  * Email and phone correspondence to set up group blocks and answer any questions  incoming groups may have
